38 years old male patient from İstanbul, businessman. He has been suffering from psoriasis for 4 years. He was one of the heaviest cases ever possible. Lesions covered his whole body, including the face. Patient was considering going back to his village while living in Istanbul. His social life and psychology was completely broken. He came to our clinic. His lesions were not too deep but they were erythematous and tender. We started his treatment. He was inflamed and he had fever.
